Shipping & Returns

Reason 1

Thank you for shopping at YORA Thailand. We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event you need to return something we will be happy to offer a refund based on the policies outlined below.

When shopping, please take time to make your selection, double checking you have the right size and product before placing your order. Unfortunately, any postage costs incurred to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered are at the expense of the customer.

SHIPPING AND FEES

All orders are currently subject to free shipping nationwide. 

We use  last-mile delivery providers such as Kerry Express, Flash Express, Ninja Van, and Thai Post to deliver your goods.  

 

Monday - Friday:

 

From Monday to Friday, orders placed before noon will be dispatched within the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, your order will be dispatched the next day. 

 

Saturdays and Sunday:

 

We do not dispatch after 2PM on Saturday and we do not dispatch all day Sundays, hence all orders placed after 2 PM on Saturday and on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning before noon. 

Please note that certain weather conditions and busier periods may slow your order down, so please always allow 48 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive. If you live on the islands such as Phuket and Koh Samui please also allow extra time for delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at contact@pawducts.co or message us on LINE chat by adding @yora. 

Please note orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait to receive the order and then follow our returns process below.

Returns 

REFUNDS

All items on our website eligible for return and refund within 7 days from the date of the purchase.  Acceptable return reasons are as detailed below

 

  • Damaged Packaging

  • Expired product

  • Incorrect Item delivered

  • Missing item

  • Not as advertised

  • If you change your mind about the product, we will accept returns only if the package has not been opened. 

 

We will not be able to issue refunds for products maliciously damaged.

We will only allow exchanges or returns if the goods have been purchased directly from one of our direct sales channels as listed below:

If you have made a purchase of Yora via third party channels such as Shopee, Lazada, or an offline retail shop please directly contact them as your purchase will fall under the return and refund policies of those channels. 

REFUND PROCESS

 

  1. Email us at contact@pawducts.co or send us a message on LINE chat by adding us @yora

  2. Take photos of the item(s) that you wish to return

  3. You will be provided an address of where to ship the goods.

  4. We will refund you the cost of the goods plus the cost of the shipping. 

  5. When we receive the item(s) we will process the refund within 7 business days depending on the payment method as detailed below:

 

  • Credit Card We will refund money back to your credit card account

  • COD, Money Transfer We will transfer money back to your bank account
